How this page is organised

Left third is identity and electrolytes. Right two-thirds is suspected diseases (max 5), drugs (max 7) and a two-per-row signs checklist. Full-width bars compute CrCl and Child–Pugh as you type. The sheet reads itself as you type: abnormal labs, combined related parameters (with why those numbers belong together), and profile-specific recommendations. Generate files the full report from the merged libraries plus curated landmark-trial notes. Pairing is allowlisted: a drug is explained against a disease only if the curated map links them. Unmatched pairs are marked UNLINKED — the engine will not invent efficacy. Decision support only.

Verification checklist (this build)

  • Typography: form chrome stays bold; generated case-report boxes use serif .report-prose (not all-caps walls of 700-weight UI text).
  • Notes load from /data/kb-notes.json only for matched inputs. Trade names load from /data/trade-names.json grouped by country.
  • Disease rows with empty system (allergy stubs) are skipped as diseases.
  • Drug–disease text is not copied across unrelated pairs.
  • Ambiguous name match → INCONCLUSIVE, no notes from a different entity.
